Our Tynker iPad app offers a subscription with two options:
- Monthly - $7.99/month
- Annual - $47.88/year
Our Tynker iPad app subscription only covers the courses on our red Tynker app while our web subscription covers both web and iPad courses in both of our iPad apps. The iPad subscription does not provide access to our private Minecraft server. If you purchase an iPad subscription and then decide to upgrade to a web subscription, please contact support@tynker.com.
Though it is not required, we recommend that you create a Tynker account and are logged in on the app before you purchase a Tynker iPad subscription. You will purchase the subscription from the settings within the free red Tynker app. Click on the Gear in the top left and you will see an "Upgrade" button in the top right. We currently have a 7 day free trial for our annual iPad subscription. Click "Start Your Free Trial Today" if you want to sign up for the annual plan. If you just want the monthly plan, select "Pricing" in the bottom left and select the monthly plan.
The free trial will automatically switch to a paid subscription if you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The iPad subscriptions will automatically renew until you cancel them through your iPad settings.
To cancel or change your iPad subscription, open up the settings for the iPad, scroll down until you see iTunes & App Store. Then, select the apple ID that you used to sign up for the subscription. When you get the pop up, select View Apple ID. Scroll down until you see subscriptions. Click on Subscriptions and it will show you your subscriptions. Find Tynker and select Cancel. This will set the subscription to terminate at the end of the current subscription period.
If you would like a refund, you will need to contact the App store as we do not have access to those transactions and cannot provide refunds.
