Our web subscriptions are automatically set to renew when they are purchased.
To remove auto-renewal, first log into your parent account. Then, click "Settings" on the left. Click on "Manage" next to the child account that you want to turn off the subscription for and select "Cancel" at the bottom. This will turn off auto-renewal and the subscription will end at the end of the current subscription period.
Removing auto-renewal/cancelling the subscription does not automatically request or process a refund. It simply sets the subscription to end at the next renewal date.
