If you are having trouble using the Tynker app in your school, please make sure you have whitelisted our website, www.tynker.com, in your firewall. This will allow your students to log in through the iPad app. 


If you are having trouble downloading our courses and your school uses a proxy server, you will need to turn on proxy support through Settings in the app. Click on the Gear icon in the top left and go to the Proxy tab. Mark the checkbox to turn on proxy settings and you should be able to download our courses.
